Terms and Conditions for Tesla Cybertruck Rental Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

  • The Tesla Cybertruck Rental Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents within 100 mile radius of Durango, Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Hoch Brands LLC dba STAPLL and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period:

  • The Promotion begins on June 1st 2024 and ends on August 5th 2024. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible for consideration.

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter the Promotion, participants must follow @stapll.co on Instagram during the Promotion Period. Additional entries can be earned by subscribing to the STAPLL email list and sharing about the Promotion on social media platforms while tagging @stapll.co.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Prize:

  • The prize for the Promotion is a 2-day rental of a Tesla Cybertruck, valued at $2500, and $1000 of Stapll Products. The rental will begin at 10am August 13th 2024 and end at 10am on August 15th 2024. The rental will be limited to 200 miles. The pickup and drop off location will be determined at the time the Promotion ends. 
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
  • Hoch Brands LLC dba STAPLL reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection:

  • The winner of the Promotion will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 24 hours of the end of the Promotion Period. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, another winner will be selected.

6. Publicity:

  • By participating in the Promotion, participants grant Hoch Brands LLC dba STAPLL the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
  • By subscribing to our email list via the Promotion entry period, you agree and consent to receive promotional emails and sms messages from Hoch Brands LLC dba STAPLL and it's affiliates.

7. Indemnification:

  • By entering the Promotion, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hoch Brands LLC dba STAPLL, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

8. General Conditions:

  • Hoch Brands LLC dba STAPLL reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
  • By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Hoch Brands LLC dba STAPLL, which are final and binding.
  • This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
  • Winner must be at least 18 years or older and have a valid legal drivers license. 
  • The winner will be responsible for any and all costs related to the rental including but not limited to and wear, tear, or damages caused during the term of the rental.
  • If 2000 submissions or less are received Hoch Brands LLC dba STAPLL reserves the right to retract the promotion.
