Built for life. Backed for life.
We over-engineer our fender racks so they outlast the trucks they're bolted to. So we back the core racks for as long as you own them — no drama, no fine-print gymnastics.
What's covered, and for how long
The gear that holds your load is covered for life. The stuff that rides along is covered for a year.
Covered against defects in materials & workmanship for as long as you own it.
- 6x7", 6x13" & 48x10" Fender Racks
- MTMS™ brackets & structural rack components
- MOLLE panels
- The rack & structural mounting parts of the 56L Case Kit
Covered against defects in materials & workmanship for one (1) year from purchase.
- Hard cases (incl. the case part of the 56L Case Kit)
- Capper Lift & Seal Kit
- Accessories
- Mounting hardware & fastener kits
Case hardware — closures, handles, wheels, fasteners — is covered 90 days from the invoice date. Cargo straps and bungees are sold as-is with no warranty.
Coverage, claims & care
The short version — everything you need in a few taps.
We guarantee our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If something's defective and it's covered, we'll repair it, replace it, or refund it — our call, no charge for parts.
It covers the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase, and it doesn't transfer with the truck when you sell it.
We've got you
- Manufacturing defects — something left the factory wrong.
- Material defects — the metal or hardware itself failed under normal use.
- Workmanship failures — a weld, bend, or finish that didn't hold up.
That's on you
- Wear & cosmetics — scratches, dents, fading, rust/corrosion from weather, salt, and road chemicals. Character, not a defect.
- Accidents & unlawful driving — including backing over your own rack. Bold. Not covered.
- Wrong-truck installs — a vehicle it wasn't made for, or that doesn't match the SKU's fitment.
- Mods & unauthorized repairs — fixes by anyone but us void coverage.
- Loose fasteners — bolts you didn't retighten, and damage that follows.
- Overloading & misuse — past the load rating or against the manual.
- Your gear & your truck — the product itself is covered; the cargo and vehicle aren't.
- Install labor — de-install and re-install costs aren't covered.

Coverage, ownership & proof of purchase
STAPLL stands behind its products with two warranties: a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering its core fender racks, and a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering the accessories and items listed above. Both are extended by HOCH BRANDS LLC dba STAPLL (the "Manufacturer," "we," "us," "our") to the original purchaser only, are subject to the exclusions, remedies, and limitations in this policy, and require a valid proof of purchase.
The Warranty Period for Lifetime Products is the expected lifetime of the product, for as long as the original purchaser (or, for a gift, the original recipient) owns it. "Expected lifetime" means the period during which the product is reasonably expected to function under normal use, as determined by the Manufacturer in its reasonable discretion. Both warranties are non-transferable and are not a representation that any product will last for a specific period of time.
Kits and bundles (such as the 56L Fender Case Kit) are covered by the warranty applicable to each component: rack and structural mounting components under the Limited Lifetime Warranty; hard case and accessory components under the 1-Year Limited Warranty. Case hardware is warranted against defects for 90 days from the invoice date.
Your remedies
Subject to the limitations and exclusions in this policy, and to the extent permitted by law, the Manufacturer will remedy a covered defect by, at its option and without charge to the original purchaser for parts: (a) repairing the defective portion, (b) replacing the defective part or portion, (c) replacing the entire Product, or (d) issuing a refund or a credit toward a new STAPLL Product. Any refund or credit will equal the lesser of (i) the fair market value of the Product at the time of the claim, taking into account its age, wear, and condition, or (ii) the original purchase price paid. These are your sole and exclusive remedies. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges, except where prohibited by law. Any repaired or replacement Product or part is warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
Installation
The Manufacturer does not warrant, and is not responsible for, the installation of any Product — including installation performed by an authorized STAPLL dealer or installer. Installation is performed at the owner's or installer's sole risk and must follow the Manufacturer's written instructions. This warranty does not cover any labor or costs to de-install a Product or to install a repaired or replacement Product. Removing the Product and installing any repaired or replacement Product is the owner's responsibility.
Registration & claims
Register your product. We ask every original purchaser to register each Product within 90 days of purchase at stapll.com/pages/warranty-registration — especially important for in-store purchases. Registration is not required to receive coverage; a valid proof of purchase will also be honored.
File a claim. If a Product does not conform with this warranty, the original purchaser must promptly notify the Manufacturer upon discovery by filing a claim at stapll.com/pages/warranty-claim and completing the form, which asks you to describe the nonconformity, provide proof of purchase, and upload photos or video. You may then be asked to deliver the Product (in protective packaging) with proof of purchase to an address we specify; shipping to us is the owner's responsibility, and ownership transfers to us upon receipt. If the claim is justified, we bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product back to you. Repairs or modifications by anyone other than the Manufacturer or its authorized agent will nullify this warranty.
What is not covered
This warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear or cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, fading or discoloration of aluminum, and rust, corrosion, oxidation, or surface degradation from the elements, weather, salt, road chemicals, humidity, or other environmental exposure. It also expressly excludes:
- Damage from normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage; rust/corrosion/oxidation from environmental exposure; accidents; unlawful vehicle operation; installation in a non-supported vehicle or one that does not match the Product's SKU-intended fitment; modification of the product; or any repair other than those authorized or provided by the Manufacturer.
- The loosening of screws, bolts, or nuts over time, and any damage resulting from such loosening, including failure to periodically inspect and retighten fasteners.
- Damage from conditions beyond the Manufacturer's control and specifications, including modification, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, install, or use the Product per the Manufacturer's written instructions.
- Installation of the Product, and any costs to de-install or reinstall it.
- Damage to the contents of the Product or to the vehicle — this warranty applies only to the Product itself, not to tools, gear, cargo, or the vehicle.
- Cargo straps and bungees, which are sold as-is and carry no warranty.
Other limitations & legal
Implied warranties. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties and conditions (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the duration of the applicable warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Limitation of damages. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including economic loss, whether resulting from nonperformance, use, misuse, or inability to use the STAPLL product or the Manufacturer's negligence, and regardless of the legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions, so the above may not apply to you.
No employee of the Manufacturer or any Authorized Reseller is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty. If any term is held illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms are not affected. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are governed by the then-current dispute resolution procedures in STAPLL's Terms & Conditions.
