RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. For any questions or additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us via email at info@stapll.com or call us at (970) 769 2117. Our team of friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable Customer Care Representatives is standing by to help you find the perfect product.

Our return policy is listed below; please read thoroughly, and contact us if you have any questions.


STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Eligibility: All products are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please ensure:

  • The product is unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product is in its original packaging.

Process:

  • Email info@stapll.com with the subject line "RETURN Order #" or "EXCHANGE Order #."
  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase (e.g., online order number).
  • Ship your item to the address provided by our customer service team. Items must be received by a shipping carrier within 10 days of original delivery to remain eligible for return.

RESTOCKING FEE

Returns will incur a $60 restocking fee.


MTMS RETURN POLICY

MTMS products are eligible for free postage returns under the following conditions:

  1. The customer determines within the 10-day period that the MTMS does not fit their truck in any position or configuration.
  2. The STAPLL team collaborates with the customer to confirm that the product does not fit their truck.

If it is determined that the product will fit the customer’s truck but the customer still wishes to return it, the customer will be responsible for the postage costs to return the product to STAPLL.


STRAP RETURN POLICY

Straps are eligible for return within 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to STAPLL.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned products will be assessed upon receipt for:

  • Damage: Products must not be damaged or show signs of use.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging and components must be included.

If a product is determined to have been used, is missing parts, or lacks original packaging, STAPLL may deny a refund. In such cases, STAPLL commits to working with the customer toward a feasible solution, which may include returning the purchased goods back to the customer.


ORDERS RETURNED AFTER 10 DAYS

Products are not eligible for return or exchange after 10 days of delivery.


FOREIGN COUNTRY RETURN POLICY

Our foreign return/exchange policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Due to the rising costs of shipping, customs fees, and taxes, we will do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind.


NOTICE

STAPLL reserves the right to amend this Shipping & Return Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. Additionally, STAPLL and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason, including failure to meet the conditions outlined above.
